Is Socin.org going to refund my Insurance Payment?

I paid an insurance cover for my account to the tune of $120. 90days has passed since i made the payment. I have also not been able to secure a loan from a lender. I have sent countless emails to Socin concerning the refund of my money, nobody replies me. I sent a message on Facebook. Someone replied that they've started the process but the person i paid through is not responding. They want to send the money through the person. This is so because I couldn't open a PayPal account here in Ghana. I replied the message asking them to send the money through Skrill or Neteller but they said they didn't have those accounts. I, however, remembered that they tried letting me pay the insurance cover through a Payza account of theirs (sales@forexwithfriends.net) but i had issues with my Payza account so i couldn't make the payment through it. When they said they don't have accounts with Skrill and Neteller, i got the issues with my Payza account resolved and sent them a message back on Facebook with details of my Payza account but i have not heard from them. I followed up with an email and nobody has responded. I requested for payment through Payza with their account, no response. I sent an email again telling them about the request I’ve made through Payza, no response. I have sent a message to them on Facebook about the request I’ve made through Payza but no response from them.

My question, is Socin.org going to refund my money?
