I think most borrowers land on Socin.org after viewing some crazy/too good to be true ad like the one below.
Granted you have to grab people's attention if you want them to visit your website but these ads might be creating a different impression of the kind of lenders a borrower will find at socin.
As a lender who has been around since the days of Forex with friends, I have some information for the potential borrower should know abput lenders

As a lender who has been around since the days of Forex with friends, I have some information for the potential borrower should know abput lenders
- Most lenders (actually i believe its all but just to be safe let me say most) are lending to make money. borrowers must therefore provide assurance that money will not be lost. I don't understand why borrowers would ignore 2400% worth of cover unless they are just looking for gullible lenders to take money from
- Lenders are mostly ordinary people just like you not some millionaire throwing some money around to improve his/her image in the society
- Lenders still fear insurance even though it promises to recover their money. Picture this, I lend you some $1000 hoping to make a quick profit of $100 in a month. Then you disappear and i have to wait 24 months to get back my $1000 and the profit i was hoping to make is long gone. Did i lose? of course I DID! so do everything in your power to assure me that you are not just cashing out
- I mostly look for what you are not saying in your request. The guidelines for posting a loan request indicate what is important. The stories about who your wife is, where you went to college how many awards you have won and such other banter (in the loan) request means you are overcompensating or hiding something. so instead of helping your quest, you might be ruining it
- Every lender has some goals. Some will lend you $100, others $1000, others $10,000. That's why it is good to create as much awareness as possible about your loan. We do get notifications from socin but most are for loans we don't want to finance. Create a thread, talk to people and definitely we will be interested. My advice, before posting any request, come to this forum and participate for a week. If you manage to get attention here, you are likely to get many funding proposals.
I hope i have not scared borrowers but it is good to get your facts straight before you jump in.
